Systems Description
Description of Solarit Doral’s Systems
Solar Systems to create Grid-parity from the Sun’s rays using the Photovoltaic effect (Photo-Light volt measurement unit of electric tension) exist in three different forms:
• Systems Connected to a network (grid-connected).
• Independent systems.
• Systems Connected to a network containing a backup system.
More than 80% of the world’s systems are systems Connected to a network these systems are economically efficient (they do not require a control systems nor storage) and obviously do not contain any anti ecological products such as batteries.
Solar systems Connected to a network that produce electricity without the ability to store accumulating surpluses transfers this surplus to the national electricity Grid.
The system is attached to a main electricity panel in tandem to the conventional Panel of the Israeli Electricity Company. Once the system is unable to produce the amount demanded at a season the Israeli Electricity Company provides the difference and in case the system produces more than required, the surpluses transferred the national electricity Grid.

The systems are characterized by the amount of kilowatts they produce per hour. According to data of Minster of Infrastructure’s office , the Israeli climate conditions allows for every installed kilowatt ( 7.5 net square meters ) to produce one kilowatt during an hour, a total of about 1,650 kilowaat per annum.
In order to enable as many businesses as possible to benefit from the new regulations, installation at maximum 50 kilowatt systems is allowable. These commercial sites will produce 82,500 kilowaat, per annum- 165,825 NIS cash flow. The roof should be free from shad and the structure requires a 3 Phase grid connections with a
minimum of 80x3 ampere.
System components:
1. Solar Observers Panels.
2. Currents Converters.
3. Electrical currents protectors Accessories.
4. Contracted frame Installation.
5. Meters.
6. Control Systems.
Solar Receivers Panels
There are three main technologies for the usage of Photovoltaic power by Panels
1. Mono crystalline silicon
2. Polly crystalline silicon
3. Amorphous silicon – thin film
Solarit oral recommends to its customers to install mono crystalline silicon
and Polly crystalline silicon technologies, which proven durable for long time throughout the world.
System Territory (square meters)
the panel’s size 1X1.5 ( square meters )therefore a 50 kilowatt system require 375 net square meters with an additional proportionate share for space for passages and maintenance spaces therefore the system requires about 500 square meters of territory.
System Weight
Each panel weight 16.8 kilograms and approx, 11 kilograms to 1 square meter. Including the Frame and misc, each 1 square meter =15 kilograms.
Panels Manufacture:
We will install Solar panels from the best manufacturers in the world.
Up to date Systems from SCHOTT-SOLAR, SUNTECH-POWER and Q-CELLS .

Suntech headquarters using 1MW Solar System on the Shouth portion of the building
Samples for the use of Suntech’s products:
1 Beijing’s Bird’s nest stadium, built for the 2008 Olympics Games.

2. Main transportation terminal in central Japan (usage of BIPV technology)
Convertors
We will install converters produced by SMA Company, Germany.
These converters of current -SMC series, are single phase’s converters that integrate in the solar system’s three phases, while maintaining high efficiency of conversion (about 96%) and flexibility in installations.
The converters stand very high standards and are approved by American, European and Australian regulations (the Israeli institute building standards is currently working on approving the Israeli standard according to model of the Australian standard AS- 4777 / 1-3). Upon accurate synchronization with the network, the converter starts to feed electricity to the main board of the structure. In case of a power outage, according to the regulations of the electric company, the system turns off the converter until the next synchronization with the network.

Connection to Main Electrical System.
Basic description of the system as per of the regulations of the Electricity Company:

The System contains two Meters:
1. Production meters- new meter situated by the converter and count the output of the system.
2. Usage Meter- bidirectional meter , bidirectional meter, counts the supplied electricity to the structure by the electric company and the surpluses of production that passed back to the Main Grid-Power.
The electric company will calculate the charges according to the following formula: Tariff of the consumption A-B) + C} X):
• A – the number of the kilowatts counted by the production meter (full output of the Solar system).
• B- the surpluses counted by the consumption meter.
• (A-B) – Solar electricity consumed by the structure.
• C – the electricity provided by the electric company.
Charges of the electricity are the formula of the tariff of consumption relevant to the place of consumption.
Payments ???? for Solar production by ?????: A ) x for the production of solar electricity).
Solarit Doral will provide control systems to commercial clients via (Sunny Web Box that provides real time operations data via the internet en optional large size remote control and an onsite control system.

The system enables:
• Access from anywhere using the Internet for testing and inspections of the system in real time.
• Early detection of operational malfunctions of the Panels and converters.
• Backup accumulated information and a producing graphs and reports.
• Ability to reports on system’s functioning of the system by means of sending e mail and SMS.
